Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Applies to: joinveiled.com and the Veiled Centre Premium membership.
01Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Veiled (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects information in connection with this website and the Veiled Centre Premium membership.
02Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with this website and our membership, we may collect:
- Information you provide when you contact us on Telegram or by email, such as your name, Telegram username and email address.
- When you subscribe through our Telegram membership bot, we store your Telegram user ID and username, your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, and your payment status (for example, active, past due or cancelled). We use this to give you access to the membership and remove it when your subscription ends.
- Basic technical information collected automatically by this website, such as browser type, device type and general usage data, used to keep the site working correctly and securely.
We do not collect or see your payment card details. At checkout, Stripe collects your email address and card details and processes your payment under its own privacy policy.
03How we use information
- To provide access to the Veiled Centre Premium membership.
- To respond to enquiries sent to us on Telegram or to our support contact.
- To communicate membership-related updates, such as access instructions.
- To maintain the security and proper functioning of this website.
05Data retention
We keep your membership information for as long as your subscription is active. After you cancel, or your access ends, we keep it for 12 months, in case you have billing questions or rejoin, and then delete it.
Where the law requires us to keep payment and accounting records for longer, we keep only those records, and only for as long as required.
06Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@joinveiled.com.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns first, so please contact us before going to the ICO.
07Third-party platforms
This website and our membership reference third-party platforms, including Telegram, AI tools and no-code automation platforms, in an educational and business context. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies and terms, which we do not control.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
