01Service description

Veiled Centre Premium provides a digital subscription service that grants access to AI automation templates, step-by-step setup videos, resources and community discussion delivered via a private Telegram group.

This is a digital-only service. No physical goods are provided.

02Subscription & billing

• Subscription price: £24.99 per month, or another price clearly shown to you at the point of signup.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until cancellation.
• If a renewal payment fails, you keep access for 3 days while you update your card. If it is still unpaid after that, access is removed until you resubscribe.

03Access

• Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
• Access is provided exclusively to the subscribing individual.
• Accounts are non-transferable.
• Sharing login access, Telegram links, or content with non-subscribers is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to revoke access if these terms are violated.

04Refunds & cancellations

Subscription cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but does not affect access already granted for the current billing period.

Subscriptions can be cancelled through our Telegram membership bot. It is the subscriber's responsibility to cancel before the renewal date.

Refund policy. Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate access to templates, videos and community features, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once access has been granted, including but not limited to:

• Failure to cancel before renewal
• Lack of use or participation
• Change of mind
• Removal due to rule violations
• Dissatisfaction with content expectations

Any refund issued is exceptional, not guaranteed, and granted solely at the discretion of Veiled. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Chargebacks & payment disputes. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:

• Immediate termination of access
• Permanent removal from the community
• Restriction from future services

We strongly encourage subscribers to contact support so billing concerns can be resolved fairly and efficiently.

05User conduct

Subscribers agree to:

• Use the service respectfully and lawfully
• Not harass, spam, or abuse other members
• Not promote illegal activity within the community
• Not share, redistribute, resell, or reproduce any content

Violation of these rules may result in removal without refund.

06Intellectual property

All content, materials, templates and resources provided through Veiled Centre Premium are the intellectual property of Veiled. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or republish any content without prior written permission.

While you are subscribed, you may use and adapt the templates within your own business. Automations you have already set up may keep running after you cancel.

07Limitation of liability

Veiled Centre Premium provides educational and informational content only. We make no guarantees regarding time saved, financial results, earnings, or business outcomes. Any actions taken based on the content are done at your own risk.

The automations rely on third-party tools, such as AI services, which may change, charge fees or produce inaccurate results. You are responsible for your use of those tools and for checking their output.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veiled shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

08Modifications to terms

Veiled reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or within the Telegram group. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
